Why is there mosquito netting on our hive?

Posted on November 1, 2019November 13, 2019 by Mark Gale

Insects also know that the beehive is a veritable supermarket awash with shelves of food. We use mosquito netting inside the hive to prevent and hold back invasion from above. There need only be very small cracks and gaps in the outer shell which wasps and other small min-beasts will take advantage of if they can.
