Finest honey sourced from BeesMAX UK hives. Honey requires no pasteurising or other forms of processing such as filtering. A totally natural food that the bees have evolved to almost last for ever. It only starts to lose that longevity once we remove it from its sealed wax honey comb.
When spun out of the beehive combs the honey is left in storage for approximately 2 weeks until all the unwanted particles either float to the top or sink to the bottom, only pollen in suspension remains behind.
